Paco Palencia is a retired Mexican professional soccer player who is currently working as a coach. He was born on April 28, 1973, in Mexico City, Mexico. Palencia began his career as a striker playing for various Mexican clubs, including Cruz Azul, Guadalajara, and Pumas UNAM.
